"We loved MONDI. Our room was first floor, lake side. We never tired of how beautiful the view was. The room was very clean. Had coffee maker, tea maker, dishes, pots and pans, a refrigerator but no microwave. Service was wonderful. Walking to the bus wasn’t a problem. However, keep in mind that you can not get a bus or taxi before 7AM. No Uber service. Train station is in Bad Aussee which is a beautiful town near by. (Bus to MONDI is only a 10 minute ride)"

"Nice room, comfortable bed, nice layout, but had some drawbacks as well: - could not get the room completely dark because there are no blackout curtains and the external shutter is transparent - the headlamps were not working because the buttons were broken - the shower was smelling very bad, like stale urine"

"Nice hotel right by Grundlsee Lake, offering an amazing view. I had a room with a balcony directly facing the lake—it was stunning. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel. I’ll definitely come again to enjoy a different view in the summer!"

"Charming hotel, and has a nice view from the top hill looking down. No issues staying and my room came w/ a balcony which was a big perk. Staff members are friendly and the morning breakfast was quite good. It was a hot day in Steyr reaching near 27-29c, and the room stayed warm till evening. Having balcony worked well, I stayed out in balcony often where gentle breeze was very enjoyable. But I can see anything above 27c, you may need some patience till the room cools down in the...
