"Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. "

"This place is conveniently located on the town perimeter. Within a 20 minute walk, one can reach the beach and main tourist area of shops, dining, and bars. Convenience stores are close, and the larger Villa, Tops, and Tesco grocery stores are 20-30 minutes walk. Coordination and booking with owner Navid was excellent, as was on-site housekeeping and the dedicated representative help from Sopa. The 8 story building is well serviced by 2 elevators, a nice pool, secure parking, nearby filtered...

"The place was find. But in fact, the room was not truly as the pictures shown in the website. Also, the room owner was rude. He told the staff when we check in that we not paid to him whether we have 50% paid in advance as he requested and he said he don’t care the guest perception. It very bad impression. No service mind of the owner."

"I want to start with what I liked: The unit is very spacious and the AC works great. Beds are comfortable and showers and toilets work well. Everything was very clean. Some minor maintenance issues, but those can be overlooked. You are renting a home and not a hotel after all. The property has ocean access - not a real beach. But for walks on the beach, it was fine. We did that a lot. Local fishermen have boats in the water. That was fun to watch. Some surprises: 1) I found the unit searching...
