"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Hotel lacked any atmosphere. We could see that some efforts have been made to update the hotel facilities. We stayed in much nicer hotels during our time in Austria."

"When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. While it is not such a big deal there are no elevators so if you have a heavy bag, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. Breakfast was ok, the property was clean, staff friendly. Shower was very small."
