"A fantastic hotel with the most exceptional, friendly staff I have ever met. So many to mention but here are a few notable names, Yuseph, Devoth, Victor, Erastus, Kulvert, King, Marwa, Vinoth. They could not do enough for you, and on the exceptional occasion they didn't (probably due to minor misunderstanding of English) they do their damdest to put it right.
