"Location is amazing - you can see the fortress from the windows, and it's a nice quiet part of the old town. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and to the sites in the old town. Nikos is very nice and responsive - he is the best part of the stay. Only stairs - no elevator, and could be a little cleaner. The hotel itself is a little older and in need of some renovations, but is fine for a night or two for the price. "

If you take a cab or car they can drop you off at a parking lot with fewer stairs. We really liked the location and the feel of the room. We had a balcony and kitchen in the top suite. "This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive.
