This is the perfect retreat for couples wanting to finally spend some time together in the sun, sand and water! Formerly used as an owner's suite, the entire top floor of this 3 story home provides you with everything you need to enjoy your getaway: Full kitchen & bath; large living room; washer and dryer (must haves at the beach); deck off of the bedroom with ocean views; beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers; bath towels and all other essentials. Quiet but close to the beach.
We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and this was a great stay. It was just as the listing said, communication was great before and during the stay. Would definitely book this property again.

Relaxing Kitty Hawk Vacation!
My fiancé and I stayed here for a week and could not have asked for a better Outer Banks vacation! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Chuck was a wonderfully attentive host, quickly answered any questions, and provided great hospitality! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very quick drive to public beach access/parking. We will definitely be back!

The Best Host Possible!
The property was perfect for a week long couple's getaway to the beach. The host has you covered when it comes to beach accommodations to make sure your days on the beach are as perfect as possible without having to buy or pack all the necessary equipment. He was incredibly personable, met us shortly after we got there to welcome us and show us around the space. The view of the beach is amazing for early morning coffee and sunrises or beautiful over the ocean sunsets with some cocktails. Equipped with Google home speakers to easily play some tunes or update you on the weather in the morning. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a tasty meal or host some friends. Our host let us entertain family upstairs for a dinner and movie night and surprised us by giving our 18 month old grand nephew a small toy! If I could I would rate everything 10/5 stars and we will definitely be going back next year! Thank you for the amazing memories!

Perfect escape
Just what we needed, everything you could imagine was available, Chuck is by far the most organized and prompt host we have rented from. Everything was thought out, if we needed anything there was an immediate response. He had a notebook sitting on the counter with instructions to anything about the house and the manuals for every appliance if you had any questions. Everything was as described. Centrally located and right on a golf course in two blocks from the beach. Sitting on the deck at night and starting the day with coffee out there just added that extra touch. His little fur baby Rusty, greeted us and made us feel welcome right from the beginning. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this location and this host if you are considering a getaway to the Outer Banks. This is where we will be staying on any future trips to the area. If it's just the two of you, you can't get a better choice. Thank you for an incredible stay Chuck, Philip & Gwana

We felt at home immediately. The apartment has everything we needed - and much more. It is thoughtfully equipped and tastefully furnished. Chuck is kind and generous and we enjoyed the contact very much. We stayed four days and wished it could have been longer.
