This fantastic Beach House offers a private pool for endless summer days, as well as a hot tub for long evening soaks! The screened porch is sure to be hit for morning coffee, afternoon lunches and evening games and cocktails!

The Lower Level has a queen master bedroom with a full bath, laundry area, patio with gated pool and hot tub, half bath (accessible from outside only), and outside shower.

The Mid-level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds that share a full bathroom. The spacious kitchen with counter seating and adjoining dining area are also located on this level, as well as the great room, screened porch with a picnic table, and 2 sundecks!

The Upper level offers a master king master loft area.

****Home has HULU + Live TV, HBO Max, Disney +, and ESPN +. There is no cable***

Internet: All of our homes are equipped with wifi, however, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Upon arrival we found the house to be very unclean. The couch had dried food and a lot of dog hair. We pulled the covers and washed them. The youngest child stepped on a shard of class in the kitchen area. The pool had a leak so we were ask to continue to add water. The refrid. had seen better days for sure. House was cute but the fact that is was not clean was a turn off. We vacuumed upon arrvial and wiped up the floors.

Duck Vacation
We enjoyed our stay in Duck. The house was nice with some updates! The kitchen had ants which we tried to take care of using traps provided to us. Kitchen was well supplied as we cooked most meals in. Refrigerator is small and old! Bathrooms could be updated. The proximity to the beach, the pool and the hot tub were awesome! Nice place to rent!

Great little place
The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for our group and loved the pool and proximity to the beach. I agree with other reviews that the fridge doesn’t look great but it is functional so that didn’t bother me. I liked that we could walk to the restaurants and shops and also appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere in Duck!

Perfect location!
We loved the house, which was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated with an appropriate beach theme. The location is perfect-a few steps to the beach and a short walk to Duck’s fantastic boardwalk and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and very accurately described. Close to the beach and convenient. The only thing that could have been improved is the dryer. It would take forever for clothes to dry. Sometimes you would have to put them on three times to be able to dry just one small load. Other then that everything was excellent

Great Location
The house worked nicely for us it was in a great location and enjoyed the pool although after reading a couple of the other reviews I do agree the king mattress in the upstairs bedroom wasn’t the best. We had a minor incident with some tiny ants in the kitchen and I did notify the maintenance group. I know it’s common at the beach but it was the first time I’ve ever experienced an insect issue renting through VRBO in the Outer Banks which we’ve been doing for years. It wasn’t the most updated fancy of homes but it was very comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves until hurricane Ian made its rainy windy appearance and we decided to leave a day early heading back to NY. We did notice one of the screens on the screened in deck off the kitchen area had come loose in the high winds we tried to tack it back down but the window frame was rotted and wouldn’t stay. Hope everyone stayed safe during that hurricane! Looking forward to our next OBX visit and I would definitely consider renting this house again!

wonderful location
This property is located both near the beach as well as the shops and restaurants in Duck. The pool only enhances the relaxed atmosphere of the setting. The kitchen was equipped with most of what we needed. I'd recommend bringing a good knife though as the kitchen knives were all dull. The mattresses were also not the most the comfortable, but no too bad. The layout of the house works well allowing for retreat to the bedrooms, minimal need share bathroom, and yet decent space for everyone to hangout. We cooked fish we caught and a family style fish taco bar one night. The large table was great for family meals, playing cards, and the living room was big enough for kiddo YouTube dance parties. If I planned to return to Duck, I would consider renting this house again.

The thing we liked most about this house was it’s location. It was a short walk to the beach and we could also walk to the shops in Duck. The house has a cozy feel. The pool was clean and perfectly situated to catch the afternoon sun. The ground level bedroom stayed warmer than the main level because the thermostat was on the main level. If you like a warmer bedroom, stay on the ground level. The house is located on a cul de sac so there wasn’t much traffic. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals and plenty of options for dining together whether it was on the deck or in the kitchen/dining area. This house can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

OBX Right Sized
This was our 20th OBX vacation, but the first without a multi-family stay. It was perfect and the exact location for our family’s preferred location near the beach and the town of Duck. The property was well thought out and includes everything we needed to have a great stay.
