We have been hosts for 7 years as we also host the unit below this one in 206. This unit is oceanfront and the building sits 100 feet from the beach. The views are amazing.

We are located 3/4 of a mile from some of the restaurants, it's an easy 12 minute walk. The other end of duck is about 2 miles, so it makes for a great walk, there is also plenty of parking if you don't want to walk. Tons of shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, rent bikes and other beach equipment and many options to fish. The town is easy to fall in love with. There are nice bike paths and walking paths through the town of Duck.

This condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years. It's 684 sq ft. It has an oceanfront deck view that is 10'X12' and is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There will be times that you will see dolphins from your deck. The living room has a smart TV and is comfortable for 4 people. There is a queen size pullout couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. The master has a king size bed and a full master bath.
