Sandy Treasure is an OCEANFRONT house located in the quiet community of Sanderling in Duck. The community provides access to the pristine, private beach, free access to a shared pool, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts for a small fee (paid at the clubhouse - located 1 mile north). Sandy Treasure's entire interior finished complete renovations before the 2025 season to provide a true luxury oceanfront experience. Complete with a newly remodeled master bedroom secluded on the top floor with a large walk-in master shower with two rain heads, hand sprayer, and large bench. Two 42" vanities provide plenty of counter space and a separate water closet for added privacy. A remodeled kitchen provides tons of counter space and beautiful ocean views, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a wine fridge, an additional drink fridge, a 2nd sink in the large island, a 2nd smaller island within the kitchen, providing and fully stocked with quality cookware and kitchenware. Enjoy all the ocean views through the MASSIVE amount of windows and open floor plan in the family room, which shares space with the dining table and is next to the kitchen.
