You'll have a great time at this comfortable renovated cottage on private lot! Located in a highly sought after community in the heart of Duck Village- Bayberry Bluffs. Easy walk to fine dining, gourmet markets, specialty shops, yoga, coffee houses, soundfront boardwalk (0.2 mile away), & beach (0.4 mile away)! Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the large west facing deck & expansive screen porch. From the end of the driveway you can view the beach flag -Walk, ride your bike/golf cart!

The space
The idyllic setting to enjoy all Duck and OBX has to offer! As you pull up to the completely renovated beach cottage, you will notice a convenient ground level entrance that leads into living/game room, fridge/counter space, full bath, laundry room, and two bedrooms with no steps to contend with! Go up to first level to access the additional three bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, screened in porch, and two addional bathrooms. There is a large outdoor porch facing the private wooded lot and outdoor shower at ground level.
