Easily drop your paddleboard into the sound via the new, private sound access. Enjoy outdoor play in the large, flat soundfront yard with picnic table and swing set. Easy water sports access via your private landing dock with stairs to the water. Take in the most extraordinary sunset while relaxing in the soundfront hot tub or splashing in the soundfront saltwater pool, both directly accessible from the lower level den with flat screen TV.

You will be awestruck by the panoramic views from the top level of this home. With a wide-open floor plan, you have sound views from every corner. Two dining areas and bar seating provide plenty of seating space for your family and friends to enjoy meals, puzzles and games. You will feel like royalty when you step into the top level king en suite. You will be hard-pressed to find such an expansive bedroom with views such as this one. With its private bath, you will feel as if you stepped into a luxurious spa of your very own. Top Level: Kitchen, dining area, sunroom/sitting area, living area, king en suite with a Whirlpool tub and a stall shower, queen en suite with a stall shower. Please note this bedroom does not have cable - it has a DVD player.
