The one-bedroom legal basement apartment offers a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, en suite washer & dryer and ample parking on the double driveway. Located on a wide, tree-lined street, parking is also available on the street. The peaceful backyard is fully fenced and offers lots of fruit trees and grape vine, table & chairs.
There is a double size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.160TV channels and high-speed internet are available for your use. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of blooming flowers and a nice backyard, in a mature neighborhood, you came to the right place. Great rental, except when they're renovating the unit...
My family and I stayed for approx. A month and for at least 2 of the weeks, they were renovating the unit above us and making A LOT of noise. IMHO, this should not have been happening while there are guests staying there.The unit was great, very clean and all the amenities you could need. The host was very responsive.They were out nearly every day to shovel and clean the steps.I would certainly stay here again but I can't give a good rating as the renovations were VERY stressful.
