"The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms. But the service is impeccable. "

"Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. "Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bath was very nice. Elevators were small and had to wait around a long time to catch an elevator when the facility was crowded. Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean. Facility could be updated a little bit, but overall was acceptable stay. Thank you. "
