The outside area has covered outside dining, loungers & large astro turfed lawn so ideal with little ones. It has magnificent, unobstructed sea views; with truly wonderful sunsets, a first floor roof terrace completes the outside with lounge furniture under a pergola with woven fabric to keep the hot sun rays off you, the views from here are breathtaking.. . The villa is within walking distance to local taverns, shops, restaurants and local beaches & a 7 minute drive into Coral Bay village. The modern interior comprises an open plan sitting, dining & kitchen, designer finishes throughout. air conditioning Furnished to a high standard with dining table & chairs, leather sofas, 55 inch Smart TV, DVD & Sat with 24hr movies. tow bathrooms and master bedroom where you lie in bed and watch the sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances. off road parking completes the villa. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Wonderful villa
We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday in this villa. Peaceful location with amazing sea views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to any queries we had.

Great view
It’s been a nice week in Cyprus. We’ve been going to different places during the day, exploring the island. The location of the accommodation is a great base. And it was always nice “coming home” to our accomodation by the end of the days and sit a bit outside until bedtime. The sound of the waves and the view during daylight are super relaxing.

Truly fabulous!
We have stayed in several different villas in Cyprus but this was by far the best. From the moment you opened the front door and were greeted by the amazing view, the lovely welcome pack, beautiful finishes and decor to the balcony watching the sunset over the sea everything was just perfect. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully clean and has a super comfy bed. The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. Lisa and Felix were super hosts and we can't wait to go back next year!

Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq. Perfect Family Getaway
From the moment we enquired about the villa, Lisa was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and that continued throughout our stay when we needed advice on supermarkets and how to combat local bugs! As soon as we arrived we were struck by the stunning views and the tranquillity that surrounded the property. The fridge was already stocked with essentials (which was amazing) and the villa itself was very clean and well equipped with all the modern amenities. Each room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was fantastic, really clean and warm and there was plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and shade. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to the nearby beach (and local town by car). I can't recommend this villa enough for a family.

The location of the villa is perfect. It’s a lovely mix of a quiet, tranquil location in easy reach of amenities. Lisa has put a lot of thought and care into the decor and guest comfort. The welcome pack and information on local activities and restaurants is really great. Would fully recommend.

A great vacation
The house was very clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool in the nice sun of Cyprus and the fantastic seaview together with the sound of the waves. It was unforgettable.

Very nice villa at fantastic location
We had a wonderful two-week vacation in this lovely villa that is compact but has everything you need. You are literally feeling the sea that is only 20 meters away from the property. As always Lisa de property manager was very attentive to our needs. From all the villas we've rented in Paphos this is our favourite. We're sure we will come back.

Had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect & it had all the facilities we required. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a god send after arriving late. We hired a car through the car company the hosts recommended and it was an excellent service from those to. I would highly recommend an automatic car if you stay at this villa as the road down is very steep and we’d of struggled in a manual car. Would definitely return.

Another amazing holiday
This is the second time we have stayed in this stunning villa & we had an absolutely amazing holiday. The villa is a perfect home from home with everything you could possibly need. We hired a car & visited lots of beautiful places & some amazing restaurants. We loved floating around in the beautiful pool & relaxing on the sun loungers. Watching the sun go down over the sea every night is stunning, we will definitely be back again!!

I don't think you can appreciate the beauty of this property & it's location from photographs alone - it was all stunning! Plenty of places to eat & drink within walking distance, plus many more if you hire a car/use local transport. Owners were a delight to deal with, completely efficient & offered sound advice. I would absolutely recommend.

Stayed here door our Sins wedding. Could not fault anything. All perfect as described. We had a car but also used buses and taxis. Perfect location for both Paphos and Coral Bay. Great communication from Lisa! Loads of bars and restaurants locally. Pool and outside areas well tended. Thanks for making our stay great.

Great little villa in quiet location
Lovely welcome pack left by owners. Villa was comfortable and the pool and garden were a great place to relax. The TV and Android box were great when relaxing at night. I didn't feel the villa was overlooked. Would highly recommend the local See You at the Beach bar only 10 mins walk away.

The best by the sea !
Beautiful property right by the sea . Quiet, clean . Good functioning kitchen . Close to grocery stores .Close to attractions. Owner very helpful and prompt to respond . Beach right next door . Amazing Stay
We have just had a fabulous weeks stay at this amazing villa. The view was out of this world. Lisa was absolutely fantastic answering all our questions and directing us to the villa perfectly. We also used the car hire recommended by Lisa and again we couldn’t fault them, Michael was helpful and the price was very reasonable. All in all a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be rebooking. Great location, clean & well equipped villa. Beautiful views from back garden. Pool was a little cool but not surprising this early in the year. Arrived late at night to a lovely welcome supply of basic provisions. Lisa also recommended a great local car hire company who collected us from the airport & had our car waiting at the villa. Perfect stay - would highly recommend 😊
