Excellent house for Large Group
Overall our stay was great. House was spacious and well laid out. We did have to change a battery in a smoke detector and clean the bbq before using it but other than those small issues the house was great.

Our host Ricky was just wonderful! Upon. Check in we found the residence to be a disaster! Tons of broken appliances beds were dirty floors were not clean beds and dressers were held up by wooden pieces. Ricky instantly refunded us 300$ and let us have a late check out on our last day. He was very easy to get a hold of and even personally called me when things weren’t going great. Overall the residence was a 4/10 and Ricky was a 10/10! Thank you again!

Upkeep needs attention
The house was a great size and nicely decorated, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the upkeep needs attention. The pictures on the listing are older pictures. The house has been painted and the outside furniture in the pictures was different or non existent. We discovered a broken fridge crisper, loose freezer door handle, broken twin bed, very little for kitchen utensils, the BBQ didn't have any flame guards on it which lead to burning the food. We only used it twice because of the condition. So a definite waste of $80. The hottub jets didn't work nor did the lights. I got in touch with the property manager and he had a pool guy come take a look at it. The filters were so clogged and had plastic in it (we were told this by the pool guy). The bulbs in the hottub and pool were burnt out but miraculously fixed the day before we left. There was garbage left from the previous guests that was put into the wrong bin which was dealt with by the property manager. There was also garbage in the yard around the property. The overall cleanliness of the house could have been better and more time spend on making it presentable. There was heavy dust on ceiling fans, vent covers and even the furnace filter was clogged which lead to us coming home to no air conditioning. I emailed the property manager and called, leaving a message but no response. The A/C would kick on then go back out. We also found that the sliding doors to the backyard very hard to open. This was our experience!

Beautiful, big super comfortable. We was a big group of family with small kids This house was perfect 5 bedroom 5 bath the pool the spa. It make us feel like home. My communication with the owners was the best any question or issues he was fast in responded. .. My kid's had so much fun in the pool.. I do recommend thia Beautiful property. Love the property and all the amenities, Ricky was the best host I have ever had with VRBO. He was so prompt in all my needs and request. Our family of 10 arrived to a beautiful, well maintained home that felt just like our own home. Everything was nice and clean and basic Essentials provided plus things that you may have forgotten at home such as strollers, high chair,fans etc. I liked that it was easy access and within minutes of several restaurants, gas stations and fun. The pool was perfect for cooling down. The host is very kind and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf trip, perfect home
We have our annual golf trip and it's normally 8 of us, this time we broke up the homes and four stayed in this home. It was very accommodating and the host communicated with us. One thing I loved was the check out process was simple. Some hosts I feel have you doing way too much to check out. It was simple and I made sure to ask what was needed from us. The host was very cooperative on any questions or concerns as well.

This property exceeded our expectations and the family enjoyed the spacious rooms. The pool and spa was excellent and the kids spent most of their time in them! House a disgrace. Floors filthy and pools of cleaning liquid everywhere that had not been wiped, carpet’s filthy, door hanging off dryer, no handle on fridge, chicken pieces in the pool, bbq too filthy to eat off of and only half a grate. I would like to request the $80 paid for that back to us. Barely any pots or pans. Had to clean the whole house top to bottom. Had to wash all bedding and even pillows. One bed had sheets covered in a bloody yellow coloured liquid, which came off when I washed them! I have pics of it all. Also discovered most of the pots and towels thrown in the garbage outside completely ruined. Pool table was ruined and all pool cues were broken. Property manager promised new ones that never came and towels which also never arrived. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies and pots in order to cook. There were no lights in the pool or spa, which was supposed to be fixed but never happened. We were told that 15 individuals had been there a month and just left the morning we arrived. The place was a complete disaster. There was a man’s boot (one boot) under one bed, balloons under another, water bottles and Kleenex under others. The upstairs bedroom windows were covered in thick blackmold which we cleaned. Also noted most windows on top floor are screwed shut. Would that not be a safety issue?! I could go on but will stop here. We made it work because we had too but it definitely was not worth what we paid and certainly a lot cleaner when we left.

Very nice house, will definitely stay again. Lots of wildlife in the pond out back. Very comfortable beds too. Be sure to get a pink parking pass from the front gate it makes getting thru much easier. Ricky (owner) is a very nice guy as well.

First I must say a big thank you to Ricky for the smooth booking and for answering all the questions that I had regarding finding a golf course, this was not our family's first visit to this home. The house was so clean and comfortable. This was my friend's first visit to Orlando and definitely will not be the last. My friends and family enjoy the comfort of both Ricky"s homes. The property was as described. We had a small issue with the pool heat the first couple days but it was fixed promptly. Tons of space for all 12 of us with an extra queen room we didn't even use. We had an infant, 2 year old, 5 kids between 6 and 10, a 17 year old and 4 adults and there was plenty of space to relax.

Home away from home for my son's wedding.
The house was beautiful and spacious. We did have some issues with the home security system for the first 3 nights, which caused some sleeplessness for 3 if us. The kitchen was described as being fully stocked, but we needed to purchase a large skillet, baking sheet and a large stock pot. There was not enough pots and pans to be able to cook for 12 people. We also needed to buy hand towels and washcloths, but other than that we had a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. The house was perfectly located for everything we needed to do and get to.

We came with a large group for a family vacation. Great communication with owner. The house was great lots of room and televisions. Plenty of space to gather as a family. Loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the pond as well. We enjoyed looking at the wildlife including an alligator, turtles and lots of birds. Awesome experience.

My large family enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room to spread out but also room for all of us to come together for dinners etc. There are plenty of restrooms and TV's in every room. The pool area was nice and we spent a good amount of time out there. Great location if you do not mind driving a bit. We liked being able to go to the hustle and bustle but then be able to get away from it once done in the evenings. We really enjoyed this property!
