There was everything I needed as far as seasonings, toilet tissue, detergent packets for both dishwasher and the washer, the pool temperature was perfect , and them beds was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Thanks for making my stay a great stay

Great location, beautiful pool.
Very much enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfortable, the pool heating was well worth the money, only issue we had during our stay was the pool light, but, we passed the info onto the property management and they said they would get it fixed. Not a big issue at all, which says a lot. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay….
Beautiful home! We had an amazing time! The pool was cool, however, a pool light for evening swims would have been great. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it! There is a little game room in the home as well, which was a nice touch. Very spacious and comfortable! The location is perfect not too far from the theme parks and other Orlando attractions.We will definitely be staying again!

The house was spacious and comfy. Pool was great to hang around with the family. Saw a gator in the pond that was super cool. We wanted to stay an extra night and at last minute asked. No problem they said! Very cool of them. Close to everything shopping, restaurants, Disney, Universal and much more. Totally would stay here again. Made our vacation that much more memorable. Better than a stuffy hotel.

Wonderful stay!!
This property was the exact same as the pictures. The check in process was easy without any complications. When we got inside the house was very clean. The kids had fun playing in the pool and the game room that we were not aware of. Having a game room was a nice surprise since we had storms every night of stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for every one. I would definitely book this house again if we ever go back to Orlando.

Family Spring Break
The property was perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms worked out nicely. The house was well stocked with cookware and towels. The only complaint I have is the bed pillows need to be replaced and some extra pillows would be helpful along with extra pillow cases.. There were a couple of extra pillows but some were so flat you had to put two together to count as one. The master bed has a big hump in the middle so that was interesting for sleeping but the bed was comfortable otherwise. The area the house is located is nice and not far from a Walmart which we shopped to cook. The pool was heated as we requested and we enjoyed that. It is about a 30 minute drive to any park so plan some extra time for commuting if you want to be there at a particular time.

Very relaxed vacation
Overall wonderful relaxing stay for the month of February. It was just nice to get out of the cold winter weather up north. The minor problems that did arise were quickly taken care of by James. We appreciated the quick response. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The pool was my highlight, I spent hours every day in it. Very relaxing. However, the pool light was not working which would have been nice at night and the pool maintenance guy could never get the spa to work correctly. Just minor inconveniences which would definitely not prevent us from renting again. We would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the area.

AC not working
AC unit was reading 84 to 86 degrees in the home our whole stay. It was extremely hot. It was blowing hot air from the vents. AC unit kept turning off and on. Tried calling owner/property manager 2x to see what could be done…no response. House was spacious and well kept but the AC not working made us miserable. Dishwasher was also not working…would not start….if AC actually worked it would have been a perfect stay but the heat in the home was unbearable…we spent most of our time outside.

Loved the house and the location. The house was beautiful inside and outside. Pool was very nice & kitchen was very spacious. The rooms were fantastic , the bathrooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property manager was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Our overall stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and spacious. Location was also a plus! It was literally like 5 mins to Walmart and some fast food restaurants, a short ride to olde town where we watched a car show and check out the fun spot amusement park. It was also only about 25mins from Orlando so it was easy for us to visit other theme parks as well. We had a few minor hiccups such as one of the showers not working as well as the ice machine however the owner responded very quick and came out to fix those. I would definitely recommend this property. I would like to add that the cleaners could do a bit better when it comes to dusty and patio furniture.

Enjoyable Stay but Pool Area needs Attention
We loved our stay, who wouldn't in Florida? The house location was great, the only downside I would say is that the pool netting and door has big holes in it which meant a lot of flies got in and were a bit irritating. Other than that, fabulous and big house and the owners were very responsive to our questions.

DO NOT BOOK!!!
The house itself would have been nice had someone been taking care of it. The house was very dusty and not as I expected. The linens were very old and gross including towels sheets and comforters. The water pressure was little to none making it difficult to wash hair. The air hockey table doesn’t work nor does the hot tub. We paid $25 bucks a day for pool heat and no pool heat ever. We tried contacting the managers of the property with no return call or email until our stay was over. We also tried contacting the property manager before arriving on what we may need to bring with us toilet paper washing powder paper towels etc. we couldn’t get them to call us back!!! We had to contact VRBO to even get a reply from these people. We had a reservation for 10 people and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom was provided. Thankfully we brought our own. It has been a week later and still no return email or phone call.
