Pool
We use high quality glass sand for the filter to do again the difference! Ozone Therapy is something unique and very good for your body. Filtering time is 24 Hours Per Day not only 6 Hours as Usually!! Babies under 1 years old needs pool with ozone. In our pool you can feel safe with our ozone system.Plus we provide you a smart Robot if anytime want to clean the pool. Pool is made specific to not need to be cleaned by human and also the robot doesnt need to do too much because the shape of the pool and the height helps the pool to be cleaned always and without robot. We give you the robot just in case. In case the pool will need to be cleaned by us we will be very happy to do it anytime! Many Guests has said to us that they like to close the night the pool lights and the fence lights. We are able to swich remote On-Off the lights and you will have the opportunity to see the stars very clear! We Can share with you the smart app for the lights and to manage them by yourself if you like with pressing 1 button from your phone!
Heated Pool (Daytime & Nighttime)
Season 2024 from March to November we want to make the difference and to heat up to 32 Celsius degrees!!
We like to heat more than 25-28 Celsius degrees(Most heated Pools ) to make the difference. Every 1 degree Celsius has big difference. From April 2023 we have double our heating energy and from now we can heat and for the Winter Months! Usually you need a system 30 KVA heating power for 60 Tons of water with outside temperatures 15 celcious and the heating system can go any temperature we want . What we have? we Have 70 tons of water and 75 KVA heating power! That means... We heat faster and all months!!

Spa
SPA is for 5 persons, from Wellis Spa with Ozone Therapy while doing Hydro Massage and with Colour Therapy at night, plus a sound system. Also is good to use it For December, January, February and March for heating waters. Spa is Working With Ozone generator and chlorine. We use Extra heating system Inverter 10KVA instated of 2-3KVAs that all the SPAs are using. Why? Because we want to make it Faster the heating temperature (4x+ Faster).
Jacuzzi for 4 persons
A circled Jacuzzi with 16 jets for hydro masaz is available with the same temperature of the pool with amazing views of the gorge.
Kitchen
On the first level you will see our fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Electric oven with powerful electric absorber, electric hobs, large fridge, electric espresso machine, French coffee machine, electric frappe coffee machine, electric blender, electric toaster and even digital scale for weighing food for precise quantities, Camelot Filter for drinking Water. Our kitchen table is for 16 persons .

Living Room
Also in the same level you will see our living room area with a smart TV 75" with Surround System. When you will see movie or to listen to music you can turn on the smart led strip with rgb colours that can play with the volume sound (sensitive sensor) . If you will need to watch a sport channel we can offer it as well via Cosmote Tv .
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
To go to the down level you will need to go from our stairs and you will see at first our full bathroom.
Downstairs also on your right is my recommented best bedroom with beautifull colours, ensuite bathroom, mirrors next to your bed, big closet, handmade bed from iron and matress from memory foam, and one more smart TV 65" With PS5 . From the other side you will see the other bedroom we have with also mirror next to your bed, handmade bed with matress of memory foam, big closet, safe box, and TV 32" . . At the property can sleep max to 16 persons. 2 at bedroom A, 2 more at bedroom B, more bedrooms (3 extra bedrooms 1 extra bathroom) is renovated now. will be upload the photos and the description March 2025.
Outside
Level 1
We have the washing machine for the clothes, one bbq and wood oven for your special tastes at nights that you can eat at our table for 6 persons and after your dinner or before you can remove the cap of the table and to be transformed to billiard table - Garlando Virginia 6. Garden space at Level 1 (Pool Level) is 100 square meters and you can relax for many hours in the sunbeds and the hammock.
We have a fridge more than 300 Liters capacity, for outside use to be more comfortable to drink cold drinks when you will be in the outside space.
After the garden and between the pool area we have one shower with cold and heat water before to enter to the 100 square meter pool area. Our pool has a design that we saw it in the TV show King Pools, and we decided to do something similar with ozone system. Pool distance is almost 3 meters x 18 meters, pool hot tub is a circle of diameter of 2 meters with 6 persons for spa and 4 from the 6 can have massage.
Level 2
We have outside a home cinema with 5.5 meters projector Screen for enjoying movies next to the nature, Ping Pong Table, Football Table, Toys for kids ( teeter, slide, mini table, one bike) and 20 square meter Chess with up to 80cm chess birds

Guest Access:
All the property is for you and we have the correct size of fences to remain private. Also we have 2 private parking spaces for 3-4 cars.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and has interesting things to see and explore like the ancient town and the Gorge. Especially if you go up to the mountain which is 10 mins away from the Villa, with easy degree of difficulty for climbing you will feel to be inside of the clouds.(If there are of course)
