"The staff was wonderful. We had to come in for my grandfather’s funeral they were kind respectful and caring. The only issue I had at all was we run into issues on the way up. And we called to keep you all updated so the rooms were not given away. We had to pay for the rooms when we didn’t use it on the 30th of January. That was extremely hard place to be in. We didn’t have time to change the reservations. Out of fear of losing the rooms we were in a no win situation. "
