"We came back to this hotel for the second time. The only thing changed is the lack of smile of the hotel in front desk. It’s like they try hard to stay angry/serious no matter how much we smiled or tried to be nice. It’s the only thing I think should be changed"

Catch a tram for next to nothing and you can be in the city centre in minutes. Price of a drink in the hotel in line with others hotels. If you require a taxi, always book using the Bolt app. Freelancers are a rip off. Downstairs, there is a large pool, two thermal pools, a hot tub, sauna and steam room. A fabulous resource.
