This is one of our favorite's in the Sun Meadows building because of Rose's decor!

Sunny and bright, this one bedroom condo is a wonderful home base for your next mountain vacation. This is a perfect choice for a small family or a couple—the bedroom is furnished with one queen, and the living room has a sofa sleeper for extra guests or children. The dining room has been set up with seating for four next to large, picturesque windows with views of Red Cliffs, Vista, and Thimble Peak.

We had a great time at Kirkwood, and loved the amazing location of this condo—right across the street from chairs 5 and 6. Bed was comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. I do wish there was WiFi, but that was our only complaint.

Clean, easy & close to the lifts
Pros: Very clean, everything worked. Stocked fireplace was a big plus, loved it, although our firemaking skills need improving. :) Sleeping accomodations seem a bit tight for 5 people, given that there is only one bed and two couches. Cons: Heaters are limited to 72F which was too cold. Also note that this place does not have internet, which is odd given the price. Kitchen was equipped well enough for cooking, but no basic ingredients (like oil, salt & pepper), so be prepared to bring everything. Would stay here again!

Cozy and convenient
Cozy condo right across from the ski slopes. Our family loved being able to ski all morning, pop back in for lunch, and then hit the slopes again. Comfortable and easy!

Nice property, dishes could be cleaner
Good place to stay, very convenient for access to the lifts. Everything was functional, kitchen is well stocked with dishes - one complaint here: some dishes, knifes and pots had still food stuck on them. Otherwise the apartment was reasonably clean, though not Monica-clean. More hooks for towels and jackets would be appreciated.

Just right!
Love this property! Truly in the middle of nowhere but about 15 minutes from somewhere :-) it was a little dated but it did the job and felt homey. The toilet did run. And there were some discrepancies with the maintenance crew but the management was fabulous! Would stay here again!

Absolutely lovely condo right next to chair 6. Kitchen was much more well equipped than almost any ski condo I've stayed in before, which was especially nice during COVID. Awesome!

Adequate, but so not worth the money
We really wanted to love this place. Great location. Great location. Great location. And certainly adequate. But everything inside is so dated and cheap--there's substantial deferred maintenance and items in desperate need of repair. Closet space is spartan. Very little places to hang stuff. We paid a fortune for this place per night, and feel it should've been 1/4 the price for the quality of the lodging. Would go back again, but only if at a fair-value price.
