"Absolutely loved staying here. I accidentally booked the wrong dates at first and the owner was very negotiable. place was super clean and very cute. Also, right next to a bus stop. Very quiet at night. Will be staying here again!!"

"The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The room was clean, as well as the common spaces, they were clean and comfortable. The house is right across from a bus stop, which was super convenient since I used public transport during my stay, and it was only a 5-10 min ride either direction to get to restaurants or shops or downtown. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to visit Seattle!"

"This was a family stay while we visited the Seattle area. Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"This place was clean and very good location. Ran into a few other guests and was fine. Walkable to a Walgreens for necessities and right next to a charming Main Street. Walkable for me to public transit station. Would stay again."

"Place was clean, everything seemed relatively new, bathroom/bathtub was nice, everything worked, easy to get in and out. Shared kitchen isn't my preference, but it was well maintained."

"Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways."

"Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. "

"Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"The place was fine for what is was -basically a hostel with private (lockable) bedrooms/bathrooms. My biggest complaint was the lack of towels. My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights - the room was provided with 2 towels in total and there is no option to get more."

"This was a beautiful hotel. I have a bit of an issue with germaphobia and this hotel was incredibly clean. The price was fantastic it was in a safe neighborhood and the staff who run it were 10/10. I would absolutely stay there again and plan to in the future"
