"Basic room but with all amenities you require. Breakfast was cooked to order and there were plenty of options. The restaurant meals were also good, cooked fresh and piping hot. A good view from the restaurant too! The staff were always very helpful and polite."

"Without question, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in years. There was no manager on duty when we arrived (late afternoon - certainly not off-hours), so one of the bartenders had to check us in - and she seemed put out by it. The room had not been cleaned properly; there was a *USED* condom in the bathroom!!!! And, the drain in the *tiny* shower stall didn't work. Again; no manager to be found, so I had to deal with another rude bar server again. They took care of removing the condom...

"14 of us from Worthing Rowing Club travelled up to take part in Monster the Loch and stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for our needs - plenty of bed space and a lovely homely kitchen that we lived in when not on the water. The aga warmed us up on our return from the race and cooked us big breakfasts and dinners. I have the identical aga so it was like being at home! "Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Major shopping Centre down the road. Felt comfortable and like a home as opposed to a hotel...
