Surrounding area very nice , historic , beautiful town . The staff at the hotel were very friendly , approachable and helpful . All the the staff are a credit to this wonderful hotel . We will definitely be returning ! "

"Hotel was lovely and quiet. But I guess if there was an event on then it may be busier. Hotel was good. We had issues with food and restaurant but that is not down to hotel. Room service food was cold but they quickly fixed it and restaurant was ok but not great for egg intolerance..... Most sauces and so on had egg in them. This is not a big issue but simply worth noting"
