"Stayed here on a whim, travel a lot with work and try to pick small independent places where I can, usually with a pub. Unfortunately, the pub was shut as it was a Monday, but I just crossed the road and went there for food and drinks so no problem. The room was beautiful, bright, very clean and very spacious. "The property is clean, tidy and comfortable. The little communal kitchen area is a very good idea for making food or sitting in while eating a takeaway. There is plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and also a little fridge for storing milk, drinks, food etc. Have stayed before, hence why I returned again. "An old farm house, located directly on a crossroads, with views over the countryside. The room was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. It was more a guest house than a B&B, with the main rooms, including the kitchen, available to everyone. Guests avail themselves of supplies and facilities to make their own breakfast. Host was friendly and welcoming."

"What a lovely place to stay. All self service but received on point instructions from Dave. We stayed in Room 6 and it was really nice. I would only ask for bigger towels and firmer pillows. There is on site parking which I would say allowed 2 cars if people parked right. Location was good too, not far from beach "
