"Room was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located if wanting to spend time at the outlet. My only issue is that we arrived on a Sunday, so expected the shops to be closed. However, due to a special event the shops were open, which meant there was no parking available. I would have liked to hotel to have advised us about the special event, as we had let them know we were arriving by car and needed a car spot. "

"We loved the room. It was clean and large and had lots of storage space. The soap smelled nicer than other hotels use. The lounge and breakfast area were nice. We enjoyed the restaurant just down the road. And it was SO close to the train station's which was very handy. The breakfast was alright. Would have liked some hot food choices but what was offered was good. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to english speakers. Negative was that the walls or something made creaking/bump...

"New hotel, that was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and 5 mins to the train station. Family room had a bunk bed and a double bed. Only bad thing is that the floors seemed thin as we could hear the child moving around the door above. If travelling alone the walk to the town involved a walk through an underground tunnel. We found no issues but it could put off a women on her own. There are alternative routes to...

"This was a really fun stay! Great value for the price! The building is right across the street from a techno club/bar, walkable to the fishermans quarter and the cathedral, plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and patient with our poor German. The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia.
