"The television could not be used, as the remote wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the hotel likes to have events in its rooftop bar with music playing so loud that it can be heard in the guests‘ rooms. I have raised the issue previously with reception, but the hotel hasn’t taken any action about it."

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"This spa resort is the ideal place for restoration and relaxation. Everything is included, rooms are air conditioned, there's saunas and pools for all preferences, free bikes and yoga and other activities, biking and hiking routes galore, excellent food and service, and the friendliest most helpful staff you'll ever find. "It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up "
