"We were assigned at the last cottage which is very far from the reception. There was no transport avail for us to go to and fro the resto and recep area. That’s why we opted for room service for both dinner and breakfast since it is unsafe to go to the restaurant when there is no ample lighting and the way up is not very well lit and not cemented. It could have been better if they asked us our cottage preference especially that we are not from Kenya ans it is our first time in the country. "

"Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. And have not refunded my money"

"The property is in a serene area. We stayed at the Flamingo suite that is an amazing tent. With living room, huge balcony overlooking the flamingoes on the lake. The staff is exceptional. The food delicious and well served. A very relaxing experience indeed. "

"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. "The property is lovely with very attentive staff. Great location between Lake Nakuru and Lake Elementaita to see all the birds! Flamingos were amazing and the guide from the camp was an expert on the birds and animals. Great food and we had a nice hot lunch packed for us on the all day safari!"

"Disappointing really. Rooms and facilities were good but the food and the staff let it down badly. When we arrived, reception seemed to have lost the booking, claimed that their computer system was down, and we had to pay cash to get the room."

"We had to leave and had to make a new reservation at a different hotel. We drove in and waited at the gate for 15 minutes and in pitch darkness before someone came to open the gate. The gate is almost a quarter mile away from the main buildings. We honked multiple times and I had to leave the safety of my car to knock at the gate. "Great property we enjoyed our stay, food and surprise birthday cake from hotel team staff whom came singing to my son birthday.❤️🔥😍. We did a short game drive and we were lucky to see 2 lion and rhino at a close range. Only hindarance if you are driving to the park make sure you have a four wheel drive car....the dirt road are not good for small car. "
