"This was our third time staying at The Green Dragon on our way up to Scotland. It’s five minutes from the A1 in a characterful market town. Landlord and staff very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. Bed very comfy and good quality linens. Spacious, well laid out ensuite. We ate in the bar. Good range of beers, lovely home- cooked food which was good value. Breakfast was excellent too. We will be staying again!"

As well as that the restaurant serve very good food at reasonable prices, as it was our final night of our holiday in Scotland and we were travelling home it was very welcome. "The Three Coopers is in the process of being taken over by Marsdens brewery, we went for a drink in a different pub before check-in and found out that another pub Green Dragon was running the accommodation, Marcia was fantastic she explained everything for us, the only issue for us was when 2 people lay on the bed you got the great big dip in the middle and is very hard to move, everything else was perfect, the Green Dragon team were thoughtful and very helpful my suggestion would be to message...
