"I normally would never leave this kind of review. However, after weeks of back and forth with the property owner and VRBO this is my only option. I booked this home to attend a family event I was traveling to from out of town. When I booked this I did read in the description the policy on cancelation refunds, meaning there is NO refund. As I regularly use VRBO, I did find this strange but did proceed. Of course, as life happens, I had a work issue arise and was not able to attend. I did reach out to Ashley with two and half weeks notice until the stay and asked her if she would be willing to make an exception due to this and she advised she would not. Which I mean, ok I guess, not very consumer friendly, but if that's your policy fine. I did advise at that time that I would expect my "cleaning fee" back as there would be no one staying on property. I think that is reasonable. She never responded to me and has been ghosting me since then. This is a small town, with limited options for places to stay, however, I would advise you to find somewhere else, somewhere that will be more willing to work with you."

"This was a quail hunting trip to western Oklahoma. We had a snowstorm and temperatures of -8 below zero. Obviously we had to bring the bird dogs into our rooms. The staff was understanding and accommodating. Very much appreciated."

"I have stayed at a lot of Vrbos. This one had everything a large group needed. Beds, towels, dishes, pots, utensils, coffee, spices, seats, common areas, privacy, parking, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, you get the idea. It’s not luxury but very nice snd very comfortable and clean. Quirky but fun. Walk to town square is one block. Highly recommend. "
