"We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite. Previous holidays, we stayed in different MITSIS resorts (Laguna, Alilia, Blue Domes), so our review is compared to these. Overall, the hotel is set in a beautiful location, well kept and clean grounds. Our room was lovely, with a huge bed, and ample storage. "Fantastische accommodatie die zeer compleet is ingericht. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en wij hebben ontzettend genoten. Ook voor onze kleine van anderhalf heeft zich prima vermaakt. Er stond vooraf een kinderbedje inclusief deken, laken en matras en een kinderstoel klaar. Er is een Beach club op 100 meter afstand waar je heerlijke cocktails kan halen. Restaurants op loopafstand. Kortom een echte aanrader."

"Awful customer service, the manager (Christina) is so rude and so her colleagues. Very Poor food and hygiene standards. Hotel itself too far from the airport, old, the interior is cold and uninviting. The close by restaurants are expensive and food is not great, also service is not great. This village is not the holiday destination!"
