"This B and B sets the standard for the word "Boutique". The friendliness of the staff and the extreme comfort of the king-size bed was truly unequalled. It is a little way north of the town and set on a beautiful property. No effort was spared in the quality of the breakfast. One negative point about the Manor itself is that the owners have 2 resident cats. If you are allergic to cats please beware. "

"We love staying at this property, it is the best place to relax and unwind. Love the location and beautiful Merry Beach, wildlife and coastal walks. The property is clean, has lovely decked areas and has pretty much everything you need inside. We keep coming back. :)"

"Abode Malua Bay, never disappoints. Regardless of how many times you have stayed there, it’s just as good every time! Watch the sunrise from your balcony with full ocean views - the best! The rooms - modern, clean, spacious, comfortable, stylish and a great layout. Away from the hustle of Batemans Bay (10min). So much quieter and the beaches - are better. Must go to McKenzies Beach (2min South of Abode on the main road) "
