"The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends."

"als Unterkunft für Gäste völlig (!) daneben. Man bekommt ein Zimmer mit Bett und (Plumbs)Klo - das ist soweit ja gut. Aber man müsste vorher die Gäste schon darüber infomieren, dass es nur Gemeinschaftsessen gibt. Bei uns gab es kein Essen - wir mussten die Leute bitten, dass sie uns was abgeben. Frühstück gab es gar nicht und überhaupt wurde uns nicht gesagt wie das alles da abläuft. Für einen "Selbstfindungsaufenthalt" sicherlich OK - definitiv NICHT geeignet um Gäste aufzunehmen."

"Catastrophic. Pictures do not Real. Lies about all inclusive . Nothing exist (services , breakfast etc ).Very Very noisy and dirty. Clients service of Expedia had thé best and called thé manager . Lie After lie , it was a calamity. "

"The place was great, quiet, and very relaxing."

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...
