"Very good for the price. Vast selection during breakfast.free desserts, coffee and ramen in the evening. Onsen is bit crowded. Massage chairs are very good and great feature but almost always occupied even at 5 am in the morning. Would love to stay again for the added benefits. "

"It was a great staying. Location is in walking distance to Umekōji-Kyōtonishi Station 梅小路京都西駅. Bus stops are near by. We tried 3 restaurants in the hotel, all were delicious. The spa is nice, kids love it very much."

Staff was super helpful and we able to answer our questions, and also had pocket translators in case they didn't quite understand. Rooms were very clean and kept to that standard during our stay.
