"Comfortable, clean, great service and great food."

"Very pretty, clean and well equipped room in a beautiful Country Pub setting. Good selection of breakfast items (I didn’t have the cooked breakfast) Lovely, warm room with fab shower. There was a quiz night when I was there but nothing could be heard from the room. Very friendly staff. Couple of very small things to note, The room I was in got very noise when traffic started to pass along the road to the front. Toaster in breakfast room took about 4/5 goes to even warm the sour dough bread. I...

"Room was lovely and clean. Brand new bathroom. Rest of room could do with updating but room was spotless. I had one of the rooms that opened to outside. The door was a little drafty was the only downside so had to turn the heating upto max to stay warm. But would 100% stay again."

"I arrived on New Years Eve, but the property hadn't warned me that the only food option was a three course meal at £44.50. Similarly on New Years Day, I went early for dinner at 6.15 to be told the kitchen closed at 6. No one had alerted me to the early closure. They did make me some Tapas. If I had known I would have eaten elsewhere before returning to hotel. The food on New Years Day was excellent, I just didn't want to spend that much money. "
