Rustic timber house "Svanöy". 6 km from the centre of Svanøybukt, 20 km from the centre of Florø, 30 m from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 800 m2. Bathing jetty, fish-processing table. Motor access to 500 m from the house. Parking at the house at 500 m. Shop 6 km, supermarket 20 km, café 6 km, ferry "Bergen" 195 km. Fishing possibilities 50 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The house is located on the isolated island Svanøya (approx. 10 square kilometers) in the Atlantic. Ferry connection from Florø, travel time about 50 minutes, only two departures on Saturdays (07.00 and 14.30). Car transportation only on pre-order (max. 1 month in advance).
"Svanøy", 3-room house 52 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 3 adults + 2 children. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and dining table. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open alcove with 1 bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 150 cm with 1 bed (75 cm), 2 sleeping facilities (75 cm). Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, sauna. Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 60 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
