They were extremely gracious about extending our check out time considering our situation. As it turned out, the guy came early enough to check out on time. I highly recommend this business. "We were in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy, and found this lovely property to rent! The house was cute, well decorated, and just the right size for the 4 of us. This was my first VRBO, and I was a little worried about how it would all go versus a hotel. I didn't have to worry at all! Reserving it, paying, and check in were super easy. The house is on the main drag in town, really cute, and super clean! 3 beds and smart TVs in each room meant we all had a bed and could relax and watch what we wanted. The kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and made making dinners really easy. The bathroom was very nice and had tons of towels. The checkout process was very easy as well. We will definitely try to rent this home again next year for the dance competition. If you want a cute place to stay, be near the lake and main drag, but have plenty of room to relax, you can't go wrong here!"

"It began with excellent communication on property location, description, and check in procedures. This property was very clean and loaded with many amenities, very clean, and quiet. Great attention to detail. Will use one of her locations 100% on our next visit to the area. The decks overlooking Lake Erie were well maintained as well & well lit. You can easily walk to the “strip” and leave your vehicle parked at this property. "
