"Property is beautifully surrounded in a valley surrounded by forested mountains on 3 sides and the beautiful, clear waters of the Caribbean on the fourth side. The new facility is laid out very well with a lot of restaurants and activities located through out. The restaurants food quality was excellent; however, the service was inconsistent at best and extremely slow in many cases, not everything on the menu was available. "Hotel is centrally located in Kingston. Walk able for downtown and the Botanical Gardens. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent."

"Lovely old rustic hotel. Great for over night stay before catching the ferry. Great downtown location on the Main Street, right in the centre of the market area. Roof top restaurant breakfast was excellent. Basil’s restaurant, on the ground floor served lovely well prepared and presented food. We had curry conch and catch of the day - excellent."
