"This is a very convenient hotel for Gatwick airport. The rooms are very sparse but clean and comfortable. Large shower room with good hot water pressure. There is a restaurant but it is not open on Sundays. The hotel has parking and a facility for airport parking and transport to and from Gatwick. We found the area quiet despite planes coming in and out. Great for stays of 1/2 nights or for picking up family from Gatwick as we had to do. "

"Weeks prior to our arrival, we wrote in asking for an early check-in because we had to change for an event immediately after arriving. However, upon arrival after a long flight we were told that the room was not available. We were previously told that this may be a possibility and accepted the situation. We were instead, told to use the bathroom in the lobby to change in and we proceeded to do so. Five minutes later, hubby checked in with another staff to inquire if room was truly not available...
