"Check in and check out was super fast & easy. Breakfast was included, it was nice and the breakfast area was nice and warm. The room was alright, kept us warm and beds were okay. We were out most of the day and were only in our rooms in the evenings so no complaints there. Although the towels looked like they've seen better days. Limited parking spaces, so will most likely have to look for parking if accommodation is busy & fully booked. Other than that everything else was good. "

"The hotel was an easy walk to downtown Queenstown. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff were very nice, very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. They also had a daily happy hour that we enjoyed. We will stay there again!"

"A magical place in beautiful setting with unbelievable views. Lovely, charming staff and managers made everything easy and enjoyable. Excellent food with multiple choices and a tasting menu with wine pairings that was perfect each night, a great surprise given the small size of the lodge. Definitely one of my most memorable stays! Worthy of the cost."

"Easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms balance honoring the Victorian history, with modern comforts. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom modern. The main lounge is incrediblly comfortable and inviting, with tea and snacks available. The location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Queenstown. "It was excellent in many ways and a real gem. However, the shared bathrooms were very far from the cabins if you're someone who needs to go in the middle of the night."

"Amazing place to stay is the only description that comes to mind. The staff is great, the place is clean and very well maintained, there is a refrigerator w/ food provided for free (breakfast items, some beverages, etc.) Definitely recommend this place and will stay there again. "
