Guest access
Outside the apartment guests are welcome to use the facilities available to residents of the complex. Inside the apartment, guest will have full access, with the exception of the storage closet which is reserved for supplies for the apartment.
Other things to note... FOB and keys have a presence sensor, which if lost or damaged will result in a US$500 replacement fee. Additionally if the key is lost, this will require changing at least one of the locks (for safety reasons). As such an additional replacement fee of up to US$400 (e.g. If we have to change the smart deadbolt) will be charged for each lock replacement..
-Smoking is strictly prohibited of any kind anywhere in the apartment..including the patio area .. A $250 dollar smoking fee per day..Please do not smoke..Thank you so much....Also...please be careful with playing music loud...I want you to enjoy believe me but blasting music.. and yelling and screaming.. you just can't do that.. Finally...the pool is 4 feet deep..DO NOT JUMP IN THE POOL...it is an infinity pool and if you jump in the pool the water will run over onto the patio area..and most importantly you could get really hurt.. Please no vaping..or vape pens.. or smoking of any kind in the apartment.. Thank you for your respect..Respectfully, Richard
