Our vacation this year was so special and staying here made it just that! There was so much to do and everything is so well taken care of and everything we needed. The house was clean and well-appointed with plenty of space for our group of 13 adults. It was chilly so the lake was less appealing, but the pickleball courts, games, and firepit made it fun. The owners were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful and fun for everyone
My entire family absolutely loved the cabins. Shan was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor setup was amazing and all of our kids loved it! It is the perfect setup for large family gatherings and very kid friendly. I’d highly recommend.

The house was just perfect for my family ranging from 85-4. There are so many places and things to keep the entire family busy and happy. Every bedroom is beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend this to any family small kids, or teenagers.

Great Big House
Great property and easy communication w/ property owner. Plenty of room for our group of 11 - We will certainly book again in the future. Pros: Game Room, Access to Lake, Multiple Bathrooms, Newer House w/ Well Appointed Kitchen, TVs. Cons: Not Much, but there is a cemetery directly across the street. Not a big deal, but a little weird when you first get to the property.

This property is just as listed! The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked and there was more than enough room to spread out. The owners live two lots over and were there for anything we needed. The were enjoyable to talk to and taught our group how to play pickleball. Yes you share the game/rec area with the other rental next to you, but you have your own patio and fire pit. We will not hesitate to rebook this rental or the one next to it next time we go to Lake Texoma fishing!

Amazing place with lots of amenities
Our group takes a vacation together every year. This has been the best house we have stayed in to date. The amenities are outstanding. The owners were so accommodating. The dishwasher broke while we were there and they promptly came and checked it out and had a replacement the very next day. We wanted to play corn hole after dark and asked where to go buy some lights and they very generously provided us with spot lights so we could play. If I had to say anything negative about this place it would be hard to find something. The only thing that would make this an extra big win for us is if it had been closer to the water. We loved it and would stay again!

Great lake houes!
We were very happy with the house and the host was very accomodating. The house was very clean with up to date features. We enjoyed the poker table, pool table, ping pong table and back patio. One thing of note is that the bedrooms upstairs use sliding doors that don't completely cover the entryways like normal doors, so if some people go to sleep while others are still hanging out downstairs, they'll likely hear the noise downstairs. The back bedroom upstairs with the many bunk beds is far enough away though. Outside of that, the houes was perfect for a company-client outing

Wonderful Home for Large Family Gatherings
This is our second year to stay in this home for our extended family Christmas. The home is perfect with multiple bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The large living area connected to the kitchen makes it easy for everyone to be doing different things, yet still be all together.The host is amazing and checks in to make sure everything is going well, or if anything else is needed. There was a beautiful tree providing a providing a festive environment for our holiday experience.We had beautiful weather this weekend, and were able to take advantage of the Pickleball courts and play areas for the toddlers. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Everything was provided for us.The house is fully stocked with everything labeled in the kitchens and multiple large towels in the bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

Great for a group
Great house with plenty of space and good communication! Kitchen is well stocked, and double ovens were great. It is a couple of blocks to the lake, but an easy walk or drive. With the layout, the upstairs bedrooms are a bit loud if people don’t go to bed at the same time. But nothing earplugs or a sound machine can’t fix.

Great family place!!
We had our 24th year family reunion there and it was wonderful. Every evening, our family engaged in some of the activities that was provided. It included, Pickle Ball, swings, children's area, a TeePee that our kids loved to put on a show in, conversation areas, and then when it got dark, we went inside to continue with board games, pool, and ping pong! They are so well equipped in all activities. Also, the kitchen amenities are very well stocked, and it is always very clean and things are so inviting. We love it there and hope to continue to go there for a long time!!

Annual Family Lake trip
We are a group of 15 so finding accommodations is not easy. This place was perfect. Great parking, house was spacious, game room area kept us all entertained. The property has extra outdoor space that is shared with the house next door. We held our first family Pickleball tournament! The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great property. Perfect for large group! Many activities!
Our extended family of 23 (13 adults and 10 kids) loved this home! There is a great selection of comfortable bedroom options - ranging from king bed to bunk room. All the bedrooms have a private bath. We appreciated the many activities available - the lake, pickleball, fire pit, playground, pool table, ping pong, poker table and a game cabinet. Hosts also have a pack n play and high chair available in addition to a well equipped kitchen.
