I booked Hill view BLISS for a week, while on my way there I tried using the number provided to contact host or whoever was in charge because the house couldn’t be found but it was an incorrect number, I even sent a message through Expedia and there was no response. A gentleman from the community had to assist me with finding the home by showing him photos of the building. When I went up to the gate to confirm if this was the correct place the female there made me aware that there were no rooms available, keep in mind that my room was reserved and paid for already. The lady I spoke to at the home told me that I’d receive a refund, it has now been two (2) weeks and I’m still waiting, I reached out to Vrbo and they made their report and I’m still awaiting a response. I’m seeking to get a refund for the week I booked and never stayed for even 10 mins.
