Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Poor communication
I reserved this property days in advance. The morning of check in i kept messaging and calling for an address and no one replied. Hours after check in time someone called me back to say the property wasn't available. I was left stranded with no place to stay.
