You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

New build-Shade trees, amazing views, on open water

You will walk in and fall in love with the amazing view of Lake LBJ (Colorado arm). Our new house is east facing and has large pecan trees to shade the yard and boat dock from the afternoon heat and sun. After using the gas BBQ grill, you can have dinner on the big back porch or down by the water. The backyard is a perfect spot to play cornhole or spike ball which Shady Breeze has on site.
A boat slip for a ski boat and 2 jet skis are available for use. The Lily pad is also fun to pullout and use. Don't forget your fishing gear!

Shady Breeze has 4 bedrooms. Downstairs has 2 master bedrooms. Both have a king bed, 43" TV and a bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed and full bath. The other has 4 XL twins beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. Every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. Upstairs also has a game room with a TV and foosball table.
The living room is spacious with a wall of windows facing the lake. It offers a 75" TV with Dish and streaming apps. Don't forget your passwords!

The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave, and full size refrigerator. The coffee maker is a Keurig. Don't forget your K-pods. There is also a toaster, blender and other kitchen items.

There is a new large washer/dryer for your use. There are 2 complimentary detergent pods, don't forget your favorite detergent.

This place is perfect!
Omg! This place is amazing ! This was reserved for Groom’s family and friends and everybody enjoyed their stay. Perfect for gathering before the wedding. The rooms are better than 5 star hotel. The atmosphere creates great bonding with friends and family. Thank you so much for this great memories.

Great House
This is a great house for relaxing and enjoying the lake! We had a great time with friends and family on the dock and lilypad enjoying the water. The boat lift worked very well with the jet ski lift there too! Overall is a wonderful place for our annual lake trip!! The house was equipped with the basic essentials needed for every need! The only complaint was we couldn't stay longer, LOL!!!

Shady Breeze getaway
We had a wonderful stay at the Shady Breeze! The house was spotless and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was stocked and the beds were so comfortable. We loved floating on the lily pad and sitting on the back porch. Everything was perfect and we had a blast. We will definitely be back again next summer!

Incredibly beautiful property

Perfect fit
The house was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Loved the lily pad and the artificial turf allowed the kids a great playground. Only complaint would be all the add-on fees made it a bit pricey.

Our family spent our after-Christmas get away here. This is truly a beautiful home with an exceptional layout. Also, the best stocked home we've stayed in, with quality cookware and kitchen items. The Shady Breeze was a perfect fit for our family of ten. The floor plan is well thought out and allows enough space and privacy for everyone. It was fresh, clean and had everything needed for cooking. The beds were comfy with good quality linens. Communication with Deborah was spot-on. We'll be back!

Super nice house right on the lake
Amazing new house right on a main part of the lake. Great layout with master bedrooms on the lower level and rooms for kids upstairs. Nice new appliances. Very clean and cozy. Nice turf area and landscaping in the back. Great swimming right out on the back dock—especially with the lily pad. We rented a pontoon boat and we’re able to dock with no issues.
