Welcome to Lucid Dream on Lake LBJ. This brand new lake rental is nestled in the heart of Kingsland, Texas and was beautifully built in the new gated community of The Drace. With Direct access to the open waters and constant level Lake LBJ this home boasts the element of fun and festive family activities while offering luxurious home decor and amentities. Whether you choose adventure or relaxation, this rental is sure to please!

The Space:
Welcome to The Lucid Dream house. A brand-new contemporary home on OPEN WATER within a luxury gated community. Featuring over 4,400 sf of open living with floor to ceiling windows of the lake, 20’ vaulted ceilings, elevator to all floors, balcony, full size bar, large covered patio for dining and lounging, large pool w jacuzzi and pool floats/inflatables, long flat grass lawn for included cornhole games, outdoor kitchen, modern gas fireplace. The home also offers a two-story dock with extra boat slip, lift, Lilypad, wide ladder from the lake, and furnished upstairs party/sun deck for sunset. Private boat launch and trailer parking are just steps away with free guest slips, so bring your boat or rent one. Located in down town Kingsland and walking distance to local restaurants.
All 5 bedrooms have walk-in closets and full baths. Three of the rooms have built in bunks, and all include black out shades. All rooms are designer finished with top-of-the-line linens. Soaps and lotions are also included.
Kitchen offers gas cooking from designer Dacor appliances, built-in full-size fridge and freezer, fully stocked glassware, plates, silverware, and cooking tools. Two ovens, convection microwave, blender, toaster, and plenty of pantry space. Even champagne glasses for that sunset toast.
Pull up to the full-size bar with ice maker and wine fridge before sitting at the oversized live edge dining table with floor to ceiling windows over the lake.
Electronics include smart TVs in all rooms, 85” TV in living with Apple tv, 65” TV at game room with PS5 and Apple tv, 65” TV at the patio for those game days, and high-speed fiber. For your favorite music there is a built in Sonos speaker system at patio/pool and main living with sub.

Labor Day lake fun!!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay on lake LBJ. Great pool and hot tub! The private boat ramp and trailer parking were very convenient. We had a great time!!
