Clearwater Escape Lake House is a gorgeous new home located in a gated community with a heated private pool, and lake views. This lake beauty has farmhouse decor and is beautifully decorated, to provide a place for the perfect escape to the lake.

Only steps away from Lake LBJ, you will have access to a boat ramp and designated boat slip in the adjacent marina. We also have a pontoon boat available. (Message me for details) The amenity center just across the street also provides entertainment options including a community pool, sand volleyball, basketball court, pickle ball, foosball, and ping pong.

Downstairs Accommodations:

Master bedroom has a king sized bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a separate bathroom directly across with a soak tub and shower.

Upstairs Accommodations:

The Loft has two twin trundle beds and plenty of space to play. The Bedroom/Office situated off the loft has a full size bed, desk, chair, dual monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse with a USB C docking station. If you are needing to squeeze in a little work, you're all set! There is also a separate full bath with tub. Second master has queen size bed, and it's own full bath with walk-in shower.

Flat screen TVs with internet connectivity are in the living room, master bedroom and all bedrooms; all are smart devices. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and vinyl wood floors downstairs. Carpet in downstairs bedrooms and upstairs. Utility closet with high-efficient washer and dryer are included.

The large back patio is great for entertaining with a private pool, bar table and stools. A KitchenAid propane grill is also included for grilling.

Bring your boat or jet ski. There are locations available to rent one, as well. Use the designated covered boat slip at the private marina at no extra charge which is equipped with a universal electric lift that fits up to a 24 foot ski boat or pontoon/tritoon.

Wonderful property! The house was exceptionally well stocked and clean. Nice comfortable beds and great outdoor area. The pool was perfect size and a lot of fun for the kids. The home had everything we needed, with plenty of room for our whole group in such a well-suited space! Brand new home, well stocked and nicely furnished. Small pool fantastic to cool off and for the kids. Not lakefront, lake view but we rented boat nearby and had a great time. Wonderful weekend at the lake
We went to the lake to celebrate my sons’ 15th birthday. We had an amazing time. The house was perfect, big enough for us plus 3 of his friends. Very comfortable, lots of fun things to do. The pool was a big hit. Having a boat slip and trailer parking was an added bonus. It made it so easy for us to bring our wake surf boat. Lastly, the owners of the house were so easy to work with. We had to make some changes to our stay and they were very communicative and helpful. Very quick responses always and always cheery. I highly recommend this vacation house!!

Lovely stay!
The house was gorgeous — clean, comfortable and well appointed! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook from appliances down to the spices. The weather was very cold, but we had the pool heated for the kids and they swam each day of our stay. The rest of us enjoyed relaxing family time, staying in cooking, playing games, and watching movies together on very comfortable couches. We were a party of 10 and everyone had a nice bed. The kids liked taking over the loft upstairs which gave the grown-ups a reprieve downstairs. The host was an absolute delight and extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the summer when we can better enjoy the lake!

As your first enter you will think this is a nice place. The communication before showing up was amazing. As you start to unpack and get ready to enjoy the pool, you will realize how the hosts have stocked this house very well with kitchen gear, pool towels, games. The house even had an extra garage fridge which is always great to have for those waters for hydration. During the stay the communication was great by the random checking in to make sure all was well. I can’t say I’ve had any other hosts do the same. Overall I would come back to the house. Location was great and the hosts were very attentive to all details.

Perfect Home Away from Home!
This home was absolutely perfect! There was nothing not to like! It is brand new, smells freshly clean, everything is pristine and not a detail was spared. We loved the boat slip and went water skiing and tubing everyday. The pool was perfect with a nice shallow area for little ones. The basketball court, tennis courts and golf were all fantastic and nearby. Beds are super comfy and there are so many extras. Toys for the pool, basketball for the court, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, sunglasses, beach towels. makeup remover towelettes, -- you name it. The owners couldn't be any nicer and more attentive!! Love, love, love this place and can't wait to return!

Great weekend getaway!
We had such a great time! The house was absolutely beautiful, kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and kitchen utensils which made cooking for 12 people very easy. The grocery store HEB is about 10 mins away so it was easy to run out and grab what we needed. Great location! Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our trip but the kids were entertained with the board games that were provided. Will definitely come back!

We had a most perfect time here! The communication with the homeowners was superb! Speaking to them was just like talking to family!
