Getting Around:
There is not any public transportation close by. The house has a huge driveway and plenty of parking at the property

Pets are not allowed at this property! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 charges the card on file.

Beach Towels are not provided and we ask that you please not use the bath towels that are provided at the Beach Area. Thank You in advance!

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

There is a new floating boat dock system for guests to use.

Our family of 24 had a wonderful time! The house was great, so well equipped for our every need!! The view of the lake and the hills from the living area of the house was spectacular! This was our 2nd stay here and we can’t wait to go back again!

Great family reunion spot
Great spot for getting families together with plenty to do from infant all the way to adult. The water was warm and calm, and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to interact and have their own privacy too. Highly recommend.

Annual family vacation
Wonderful property for a large group. We had 15 people, adults and teens. They all had a great time. Each family had a bedroom and the teens stayed in the bunkroom. Plenty of bathrooms. We did miss table tennis on game night. The net was too small and we couldn’t use the table. Did appreciate the paddle boards and kayak. The property managers were very responsive. Check in an out was easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house for a getaway with friends
We loved our trip to this property with a group of our friends. It was the perfect house for a large group with kids. There was so much to do: volleyball, basketball, paddle board, and ping pong ball. We hope to come back someday!

A perfect place for a family getaway!!
Combine 2 wonderful lakehouses on a quiet leg of Lake LBJ with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, spacious kitchens, a sandy beach and a freshwater lake, with toddlers, youngsters, teens, adults, including my 89 year old mother and youve got a fabulous weekend of fun!!! Beach House 1 and Beach House 2 share a huge beach and a dick for all the privacy and room you can most likely need!!

Beautiful views
It may not look like much on the outside compared to the houses in the area but this house had so much to offer. There was plenty of space for all the kids and adults to have our own rooms and space. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with all the amenities we needed to make large meals for the entire family. Access to the beach and river were really nice, the beach was clean and we had a blast using the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. We used the back patio almost every night for fires and star gazing. The location was really convenient and we were able to rent a boat and jet ski and be back at the house in less than 15 minutes. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

When the owners think of EVERYTHING!!!
The individual ice machine, 2 washer/dryer, water toys, defined lounging areas inside/outside, the bunk room is absolutely genius, and overall a class act accommodations.

We went to this property for thanksgiving break and we all enjoyed it a lot. All the members of our group got to have fun activities to do. The property is well equipped and clean. We were 5 families with kids and we felt comfortable in this property. The house has a wonderful view .

We brought in our church’s young adult group from Dallas. We had an absolute blast. So much to do, the beach property is beautiful! Perfect accommodations for a large group. Very clean, amazing kitchen with 2 dishwashers. The views are wonderful. An A+++++++ experience to say the least!

Good location, roomy house. We rented both houses and it worked out really good. A couple of minor repairs need to be made, but quick turn arounds prevented this and we understand. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a great time.

Perfect for large family gatherings
The view from the living area sells this place - glass walls looking right out to the water. Beach House 1 was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, flatware, and utensils. The best part for us was that it was an open floor plan with abundant seating. We could be together all the time. With one bedroom on that main floor, four bedrooms downstairs, and the ultimate young persons room on the split level, it suited our family perfectly.

Amazing property!! Perfect summer spot!
This property is better than I even expected!! It is perfect location and has all the amenities you need for a fun weekend. I can’t wait to come stay there again!! My access code was wrong however and response time to questions was not as quick as I had preferred. But day of, a nice lady came to let us into the property very quickly so that was appreciated. 100% recommend this property, for it makes for a very special experience!

Great vacation place for large group.
Very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchenware and minimalist so no clutter around....leaving space for your own belongings. There were only 7 of us but next time we’ll bring more people as there is plenty of space. Perfect for someone with grandkids to fill the bunk room beds which were big enough mattresses for adults. Loved the covered dock, available sport gear and just everything!! My friends are already planning to go there.

We went here for our annual friends trip. Had a wonderful time! The private beach and the lake were perfect. The kitchen was really well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking anything. Lots of gathering spaces that we took advantage of. Some things to note: The bunk room doesn’t have a door and is attached to the main living area. Made it tough for folks sleeping in there to remain asleep once the little kids woke up. The ping pong table wasn’t functional, but it didn’t really impact our stay. Everything else was great!

Perfect Labor Day gateaway
This house had the perfect setup for our group of 5 couples and 12 kids. Everybody had an amazing time. The view is indeed breathtaking and with so many windows, it can be enjoyed from most of the house. The kids truly had a blast kayaking, paddle boarding, playing table tennis and electronic basket ball. The sandy beach with warm, calm and shallow waters felt very safe for our youngest children. The house is very clean and well appointed (just missing a dish rack and towel racks). We spent a long weekend there but it felt like a much longer vacation.

All of our family had a wonderful time at this location. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. There is an abundance of seating for eating meals and playing games with each other. The house was very clean. We enjoyed having access to the paddle boards and kayak. The covered dock was wonderful for when you needed a break from the sun. Not every sleeping area has a fan so if you need air moving to sleep it would be best to bring a fan with you. We have already booked the property again for next years family gathering.

Great Place to Get Away
We rented the house for our extended family Christmas gathering. The space was just as pictured online. We loved how large and open the kitchen and living room space was. There was so much seating for dining and lounging. It was just what we needed. We loved the large windows and open views of the lake. A huge plus in the kitchen was having two dishwashers as well as a huge shelf area for storage of food and pantry items. The outdoor space was also wonderful. We had two maintenance issues during our stay and needed to contact the owners. They responded right away and sent someone over to take care of the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Family Birthday Weekend
The rental was amazing. It has a million dollar view. We had a group of around 14 family members ages 5-76. Mom was able to sit in the comfort of her house and enjoy the views and the family on the beach. It was also only a short walk down so she could join us on the beach when she wanted. The kids absolutely had a blast fishing, swimming and kayaking. They also really enjoyed the bunk area. The house was set up great for congregating and playing games. The kitchen was super well equipped and we especially enjoyed the ice machine and the two dishwashers. We definitely hope to be back one day.

Best of Both Lake & Beach
The house and the area was beautiful! Plenty of space for all 23 of us to be together for meals, and enough bedrooms for each couple to have their private space too! The grandchildren especially loved their space in the bunk room! The view was spectacular especially from the inside!! With the back of the house being all glass the view of the beach, the dock, the glistening water, and rolling hills were amazing! We all had a fun time jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing! This area of the lake was quiet with very little boat traffic. With ages in our family ranging from 1 yr to 71 yrs., we were unanimous in agreeing it was the most fun family getaway we have had yet... and we have been many places over the past 15 yrs!!! We can’t wait to come back again next year!
