My meals were excellent as was the service in the dining room and bar. The Sauna/cold plunge experience was exceptional and the coziness of my cabin cannot be paralleled. I found a the stalk from a buch of grapes by the side of the bed which i was surprised was missed if the floors had supposedly been hoovered!? The ajoining restaurant/pub was good. Great service and food was good (not great but value for money). The maon thing for me was the convenient parking."

Rooms were kept very nicely and having the option to do laundry was an added bonus. Skye is a gorgeous place and staying at this hotel only made our experience better. "The kyle hotel is much bigger than I expected. The exterior photos do not do it justice at all. The interior is much nicer although it is in need of investment and updating, such as double glazed windows and modern internal doors. The ensuite bathroom do appear to have been recently refitted.I found this to be a very good base close to the Skye Bridge with a choice of exploring the island of sky or the surrounding mainland areas. "

"Overall, I liked this cottage. It is definitely out in the country so I hope anyone looking at this home understands that moths and spiders exist in the world. We named the spiders and left them alone and nobody was bothered by them. The other reason for the 3 stars on cleanliness was just because some of the bathroom items could have been cleaner, including the shower mat. Sandra, the owner, was super responsive and wonderful. However, they do have a property manager, and I tried to contact him...
