Lovely little cottage well located for North Norfolk sights
The cottage is immaculately prevented, clean, cosy and well equipped. The excellent welcome pack was a bonus. Very helpful owners. Firmly recommended.

Great cottage
Lovely place, everything you need for a holiday break. There was a great welcome box, the house was extremely clean and tidy plus the kitchen well stocked. It’s brilliantly situated to use as a centre for visiting other places. Thoroughly enjoyed our break, and will recommend to friends to stay here.

Lovely clean cottage which is so central to all the sandy beaches. Dave and Helen really have thought of everything you would need whilst on holiday. The welcome pack of goodies was such a lovely surprise. Highly recommend this cottage with plenty of parking and so so quiet 10/10 from us

Fantastic time at Fuzzy Duck!
We had a fantastic time at this cosy cottage in Heacham. Spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome pack. The cottage had everything you would need. Quiet location and nicely situated for local visits to Hunstanton, Sandringham and Wells-next-to-Sea.

Few days away with my Bestie
The property was ideal for a few days away with my best friend. It was clean and cosy. Everything we needed and more was available to use. Handy for exploring North Norfolk. We would definitely recommend the Fuzzy Duck to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a fantastic place to stay
As my little boy said as we walked in , Wow. It was a lovely place to stay, so homely and tidy. Every convenience you can think of was there, from air fryer, to a safety pin ( to change the sim in my phone ) it was exquisitely quiet, parking straight outside and the neighbours were nice. Everything was a 10 minute trip away !! Many thanks to Dave and Helen who were great hosts . We wont hesitate to return ..

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Fuzzy Duck cottage is lovely, very well equipped and sunny garden a bonus, with plenty of seating areas. A welcome box is a very nice touch. Appreciated call with Dave to ensure all was well after our arrival. Would highly recommend staying at Fuzzy Duck.

It’s definitely one we would come back to so the odd things we found fault with are not material enough to detract from that or even take up with the owner (let’s face it wherever you go there is always something!). Well equipped, quiet, safe, always able to park, a lovely stay and would definitely book again as a sound base for this wonderful area.

Lovely cottage with great garden
Cottage lovely and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and summerhouse after our daily outings. So many things to do and to see in the area. Good excuse to return and we would love to stay in this fabulous cottage again. Great communication with owners. Had a wonderful break.

Everything we needed was at the cottage. Hosts were very generous in leaving extras such as foil and cling film in the kitchen. Garden was lovely to sit in in the evening as the weather was so good for our stay. I have already recommended it to a friend who wants a cottage at the coast and she is planning on booking it.

A lovely place to stay
The cottage met our expectations and was a real home from home experience. It is well equipped and very clean. A must for us is a comfortable bed and we were not disappointed. We were in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. No noise to wake us too early in this peaceful village. The people we met in the village were very warm and welcoming too. The garden is very pleasant to sit out in or have a game of boules as we did each evening. We had a wonderful and relaxing few days break at Fuzzy Duck Cottage and we would highly recommend it to others. The owners are very responsive, if any issues arise.

We saw the 5* reviews. They weren’t wrong! The cottage and garden were immaculate. It had everything you may require and more! It was comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend it. The owners were in contact with us prior to our stay and the information in the cottage itself was excellent.
