Brancaster Staithe is close by with its tennis court, sailing, boating and sandy beach and there are local pubs that serve food in both villages. Nature reserves like Titchwelll are only a few miles away and excellent for bird watching and lovely walks, and the village of Burnham Market offers interesting shops and restaurants and the local Brancaster Stores & PO is less than a mile away.

The only negative was the steep staircase to bedrooms with an inadequate handrail for elderly people.

Only problem was the heating was not adequate for cold weather. The property was not described in enough detail now was the means of entry. This was sorted after phone conversation.
